Autumn Personal Care Home Story

Autumn Personal Care Home is licensed for 10 residents. We are committed to providing a safe, comfortable home for the elderly. We are located in south end Regina, in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access from Lewvan Drive. We have a north fencing deck and fenced yard, for the residents to enjoy in fair weather. We have 9  single bedrooms and have room for a couple. Services include:

• RN on call 24 hours a day
• Home made meals and snacks
• Recreation services 2 - 3 times a week
• Music therapy 2-3 times monthly
• Licensed Foot Care Nurse monthly
• Hair and barbering services provided on site
• Physician visits the home weekly
• 24 hour awake care givers

The care home is owned and operated by a husband and wife team. Michell Jesse, RN, BScN, MAED has over 25 years experience as a registered nurse and spent much of her career working in acute care and education. Darrell Jesse, in charge of regular maintenance and up keep of the property, provides a safe and well maintained environment for the safety of our caregivers and residents.

The care team’s friendly demeanor and great meals are part of the home like atmosphere that Autumn PCH works hard to maintain. 

Autumn Personal Care Home has made significant progress in the personal care industry in the short amount of time in operation. Currently, the company owns and runs one home in Regina, with the vision of expansion in the near future. In recent months, Autumn Personal Care Home provides services for the elderly with contracts to foot care specialist, recreational and music therapist in the community. We are anticipating growth in the elder daycare business and providing personal care in privately owned homes using our qualified and trained staff.

The Autumn Personal Care team has gained their reputation through professional dedication to the safe elderly care and has built efficient cooperative relationships with other health industry services to create a balanced, productive home life for the older adult.
